Our return policy.

Items may be replaced/partially refunded if they are defective or are damaged during shipping, and Fifteen Twelve Home Co. was contacted within 5 days of receiving the items with pictures of both the packing material and item itself outlining the damage. Fifteen Twelve reserves the right to replace/partially refund on a case by case basis.
